1. How do you ship and how long does shipping take?
We ship via FedEx, DHL, EMS or UPS
Shipping time greatly depends on the country of destination. However in general, estimated shipping time is as below.
DHL: 3~5 Business Days
FedEx: 4~6 Business Days
EMS: 6-9 Business Days
UPS: 7 business Days
Please note that above info is just an estimation. Shipping may take longer due to public holidays, natural disasters or
other unexpected events.
2. How do you ship Botulinum Toxins?
You may be concerned that shipping botulinum toxins abroad may defect its quality.
Please be rest assured that Korean botulinum toxins can stay over 2 weeks at room temperature.
So the quality of toxin will not be defective while shipping.
Furthermore, we put ice packs to keep toxins cold and ensure its quality best.
3. I have received damaged product/quantity is incorrect.
We take photos of the product prior to shipping to guarantee that our products are not defective.
However, we cannot take responsibility for damages that occur during delivery, as the shipping process is beyond our control.
In case of product missing/damaged product due to our responsibility, we offer free exchange & shipping.
4. I would like to return/refund product
You may request refund/return for your products within 7 days of receiving product.
Please note that round-trip shipping fee, import tax, VAT will be deducted from the total value.
We will make a refund after the parcel has safely returned to our office.
5. When will my parcel be shipped?
We guarantee paid-day delivery service. Your items will be shipped on the same day your payment is processed.
However, fast-moving items that are quickly restocked and shipped may take some time to be replenished.
Therefore, it may take 1–2 days for your order to be shipped.
6. I would like to cancel my order.
You may cancel your order within 3 hours from your purchase. After 3 hours, cancellation is not available due to our
system-related issues.

1. Will my parcel proceed customs clearance without any issues?
Client's parcel may get held by the customs occasionally. However, this happens very rarely so the possibility is very low.
If your parcel gets stuck in customs, we will put our best effort to deliver the parcel to your door.
2. Do I need to pay taxes or fees?
Regulations regarding customs and import taxes vary by country and region, so please consult the relevant authorities. Since
taxes and fees are beyond Medi-Fella's authority, import taxes could be payed on customer's end.
